CAN I DRIVE MY VEHICLE IN AND PARK?
Unfortunately, we cannot allow vehicles to drive in and park on the hill anymore due to Insurance issues. If you require disability parking you will be allowed to park in the pits.
WHAT IS A PIT PASS? HOW DO I GET ONE?
A pit pass gives you access to pit road before, during and after the event. Walk up and down pit road and check out teams as they get set up for the races. This is where the actions happens.
- You must be over 16 years of age to enter into the Pit area,
- Access only with Enclosed footwear
- No Alcohol is to be permitted within the Pit Area
- No entry if you are under the influence of alcohol.
Pit passes are additional pricing to general entry, as per below:
Drivers & Pit Crew: $Free
(With Valid Speedway Australia Licence)
Spectators & Pit Crew: $10.00
(Without Valid Speedway Australia Licence)
At what age do I require a ticket?
12 and under will receive free entry when accompanied by a paying adult or guardian, one free ticket per adult.
WHAT IS YOUR CONCESSION CARD POLICY?
Concession ticket prices are available for Veterans, Disability and Aged Pensioners only. A valid government issued concession card must be presented at the entry gates when purchasing your tickets. One concession ticket will be available per concession card holder. Companion Cards are recognised at Bundaberg Motorplex. On presentation of the Companion Card, a ticket will be offered at Disability and Aged Pensioners rates. CAN I HIRE A VIP BOX FOR THE NIGHT?
Yes, VIP / Corporate boxes for 10 or 20 people are available for hire on a nightly basis or for the whole season.
ARE PROGRAMS AVAILABLE FOR SALE?
Yes, programs will be available for purchase at the gate.
WHAT FOOD IS AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE?
We will operate two canteens, one for the general public, and another in the pit’s. There will be general canteens food and drinks – e.g. burgers, chips, pies, hot dogs, soft drinks, and water.
CAN I BRING FOOD AND DRINKS INTO THE VENUE?
Patrons may bring homemade food items to the venue such as sandwiches and drinks of water for personal consumption only. Products from external caterers and or suppliers are not permitted. Eg: Fastfood establishments
CAN I BRING AN ESKY?
You are permitted to bring an esky however there must be no glass, opened drinks, or commercially prepared food. Homemade food only.
CAN I BRING IN ALCOHOL?
No. Bundaberg Motorplex is a licensed premise and the bringing in of alcohol is prohibited. Alcohol is available for purchase and must be consumed within the designated areas.
Can I drink alcohol anywhere in the venue?
The consumption of alcohol must be within the designated bar areas.
Can I smoke in the venue?
Smoking is only allowed in the designated smoking areas, this includes the use of electronic cigarettes, vapor devices or similar devices that are designed to simulate smoking.
DO YOU HAVE A CLOAK ROOM?
We do not offer cloak room facilities, if you do leave your items in a building, we will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
CAN I BRING MY OWN FOLD UP CHAIR?
Yes, there is plenty of space for you and your family to bring in fold up chairs and blankets to enjoy the racing! There is limited seating provided, so we encourage you to bring your own chair’s and blankets.
CAN I BRING MY UMBRELLA FOR RAIN AND SUN
Due to safety hazards we do not permit umbrella’s
ARE ANIMALS PERMITTED AT THE VENUE?
The only animals permitted on the Bundaberg Motorplex grounds are assistance dogs.
At the venue, we accept EFTPOS & cash only.
IS THERE AN ATM AVAILABLE?
There are no ATMS available on site, however we will have EFTPOS machines for the purchase of tickets, food and drinks. Minimum EFTPOS limits apply. No cashout applies
IS THERE PARKING AND WHAT IS THE COST?
The Speedway car park is a gold coin entry fee on the night to Apex. Apex Australia is a vibrant and energetic volunteer service organisation focused on harnessing the ideas, ideals and intelligence of younger Australians aged 18 to 45.
WHERE CAN I PURCHASE MERCHANDISE?
You may purchase merchandise via our website, or on the day we will have merchandise available in our Merchandise store.
WHAT SORT OF MERCHANDISE IS AVAILABLE TO PURCHASE?
We have shirts, hats, stubby coolers, racing apparel, plus much more.
ARE THERE ANY VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES AT THE TRACK?
Volunteers make it possible for us to conduct, operate and race at Bundaberg Motorplex. To inquire about being a volunteer please fill in a contact application online.
IS THE VENUE AVAILABLE FOR PRIVATE HIRE / SPECIAL EVENTS?

WHAT HAPPENS TO LOST AND FOUND?
During race events, lost items, children or parents can be taken to, or claimed at, First Aid Building. Following all events, all unclaimed items will be held at the administration building for 30 calendar days. After 30 days, items will be donated to a local charity.
CAN I TAKE PHOTO’S AND VIDEOS?
You may take photos and videos for personal use only, if you would like to use the photos for commercial reason’s please contact us for approval.
WHERE IS BUNDABERG MOTORPLEX LOCATED?
Bundaberg Motorplex is located at 104 Alex Walker Rd, Alloway, QLD, 4670. We are located approximately 15minutes from Bundaberg CBD.
IS THERE PUBLIC TRANSPORT TO THE VENUE?
Currently there is no public transport to the venue, we will look into the possibility of running a shuttle bus service in the future.
