Nominations close at 9pm on March 11th 2020. To nominate please purchase the relevant ticket below. Nominations are limited. Nomination includes pit entry for the driver. First driver free – second drivers must pay the relevant fee. If you want to compete in two cars, you must pay the nomination fee for one of them.
This will be a free entry comp – NO prize money.

Online tickets for spectators, pit crews, passengers and second drivers will not be available for this event. Tickets available at the gate on event day only

12-16yrs permitted in the pits but must be accompanied by an adult at all times
16yrs + can enter by themselves
Passengers $15 (must also purchase pit pass – must be 16+ with long sleeves, pants and AS approved helmet)
Students/Concession – $15 (we accept Students, Veterans, Carers, Aged and Companion cards only – ID must be shown to receive discount)
Kids 6-12 – $10
5 and under – FREE
Gate times will be posted after nominations have closed. Amount of skids for the night will also be posted after nominations close.
Burnouts will start at 4pm and finish at 9pm sharp.
We have very strict noise rules, so please be respectful of them.
Please limit vehicle noise before 4pm.
Drive sensibly around the pit area and through scrutineering.
Excessive car noise will result in you being asked to leave the venue – No exceptions.
No trailer skids! You will be asked to leave the venue and refused entry to future events – No exceptions.
Please drive sensibly when leaving the venue. What you do on the road when you leave is a direct reflection on us.
Please limit vehicle noise when loading/unloading cars.
This is a licenced venue, the bar will be open (cash only). No alcohol is to be brought onto the premises. NO GLASS. Esky’s will be checked.
Please smoke in the designated smoking areas. Smoking outside of these areas can result in a hefty fine!
Food vendors will be open at various locations at the venue.
Please follow all covid rules!
Maintain social distancing at all times.
Be respectful towards volunteers and each other.

NOMINATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SCRUTINEERING: All cars must be available for inspection at delegated times. Cars will be accepted up until ONE HOUR before the competition start time.
All cars must comply with 95 D.B.A.
Nominations close on the specified date at 9:00 PM (NO EXCEPTIONS).
INDEMNITY CLAUSE I, the person stated above DO HEREBY AGREE to indemnify and keep the Promoter, Landholder, their Agents and Officials from all actions, suits, claims and demands for damages or any other expenses what so ever arising out of, or relating to or from the use by me on the Carina International Speedway circuit and it’s surrounding for the purpose connected with practice and/or competitive racing or trials and or motor events. I further agree that I will promptly carry out any reasonable instructions from any Official of Carina International Speedway and will not in any way, do or suffer to be done, anything contrary to the regulations of the said club. The DRIVER shall be responsible for his or her Pit Crew according to the racing rules and regulations. I also understand that the nominated driver and his/her pit crew may appear in visual media (i.e. photographs, video footage) that is taken inside this speedway complex and that it remains the property of the media personnel involved; I also agree to any visual media involving the nominated driver and his/her pit crew to be used by the associated media personnel and/or Carina International Speedway.
The promoter/club has the right to refuse any nomination.
COVID RULES – Our aim is to make the track available BUT with the best protection for you and the people you live and work with.
– Compliance with the COVID safe practices in place are the personal responsibility of every person who enters the complex.
– Please follow all signage and markings.
– If you have been in any of the COVID HOTSPOTS as listed on the Qld Government site you will be unable to attend our complex.
– For the safety of our patrons and competitors the general admission area and pit area will remain completely segregated at all times – this includes before and after the event
– Social Distancing must be observed at all times
– Use the hand santiser stations / wash your hands !
– It is strongly recommended that you have the COVID Safe app operational on your phone whilst in the complex
